BeA Autotec staplers for Robots
BeA Autotec modular nailing machines with an automatic loading station for fasteners are made for upholstery and carpentry staples, pins and corrugated nails.
Loading station magazine capacity: up to 30,000 fasteners (staples, corrugated nails, brads); type and length depending on the model of the stapler used (lengths: 4 – 65 mm)
A complete station designed for fully automated production processes ensures simple operation and high assembly efficiency while maintaining perfect process repeatability. The use of a light stapler with a short magazine and a loading station allows the use of a multi-axis robot with small dimensions and low operating capacity; the stapler shown in the photo weighs approximately 3 kg.
