STELLA device for assembling bed frames

The STELLA device for assembling bed frames is intended for automated assembly/assembling of bed frames.

Rectangular frames are composed of four boards (sides) and rungs - strips arranged perpendicular to the longer side. The frame boards are placed manually in a form with a pneumatic closure.

Rungs/slats are fed automatically from two vertical containers.

Technical data

STELLA device for assembling bed frames

Installation is carried out automatically using:
Four nailers nailing the corners of a board frame - 3.1×90 nails
Two BeA Autotec stationary staplers, type K14/40, 242 series - two BIZON 14/38 staples on each side of the strip.
The finished parts automatically move beyond the outline of the machine. They can be further transported upon request.
Magazine strips can be loaded while nailing.
Frequency of loading strip magazines every 6 beds.
Loading nails every 150 minutes, staples every 50 minutes.
Service: 3 people - two of them laying the frame boards and starting the nailing cycle, and one of them collected the finished parts and delivered the elements.
Efficiency: nailing cycle approx. 50 seconds/bed, realistic result was 60 pieces/hour.
