Technical data

The device has a modular structure with external dimensions of 7500 x 1000 x 2000 mm (length x width x height).

The machine is designed to nail platforms and other flat wooden elements with dimensions:
– Maximum 660 x 500 mm
– Minimum 300 x 300 mm

The tools are height adjustable, so you can nail
elements of various heights (in the range of 20 – 70 mm). Stapling is performed automatically using four stationary K92 staplers using BIZON type 92 staples with a length of 25 to 40 mm, with large capacity magazines.

Depending on the type of elements to be nailed, various variants of tools can be installed on the machine - staplers, nailers, nail guns.

The machine's drive is based on a chain feeder that allows adjustment
speeds in the range of 3-10 m/min. The compacted parts are transported to the receiving area at the rear of the machine. The molds are loaded manually. 3 to 5 people are expected to operate the machine.
