A23TK1 device for mounting cork or magnetic board frames

The device is used to connect strips made of wood or MDF, cut at an angle of 450, forming the frame of the cork board.

Stitching takes place simultaneously in the four corners, where one "V" staple is inserted.

The boards with strips must be placed manually, while setting the required dimensions and stitching take place automatically after a signal from the operator.

The device is equipped with two servo drives for changing the position of the beating units and an intuitive control panel with a touch screen.
