A device for protecting board faces and immersion painting
Boards fed individually from the milling device (sizing machine) are taken over by the machine.
In the maintenance-free cycle, the boards are secured at both ends with a corrugated metal plate and then dip-painted.
After the boards go outside the bathtub after painting, they are dropped by gravity into a basket placed next to the bathtub.
The device is designed for three board lengths: 600, 800 and 1200 mm.
The position of the insertion and the length of the inserted plate are adjustable.
The nailing program can be turned off, then the boards are fed without nailing the immersion painting plates.
