KISTA device for assembling wooden box elements

The box elements consist of pine boards connected by crossbars, which are used to assemble the sides and bottom of the box called KNAGGLING in IKEA®.
The elements are placed manually on replaceable forms.

Stitching is performed automatically using two pairs of stationary BeA Autotec pinning machines with an upper magazine for BIZON pins, type: SK422 and SK432.
(On request, machine version with staplers)

The completed details automatically move beyond the outline of the machine.
