"PDM-1" device for assembling platforms for flowerpots

The device for assembling platforms for flowerpots automatically sews two bottom strips to the top strips of the platform with two rows of BIZON 90 carpentry staples.

The PDM-1 universal platform nailing device is designed to connect platforms composed of wooden strips arranged in forms (templates) with a maximum of two stitching lines.
The connection is made using glue applied manually by the operator and BIZON type 90 staples.

The staple is inserted using two permanently installed BeA 90×32-611L manual staplers with a pneumatic shot release system.

Job description
– the strips are placed manually in one template and at the same time the product previously placed in the second template on the other side of the rotary work table is nailed down
– the rotary table is equipped with a lock released by a pneumatic pedal at the moment of rotation – template replacement
– stapling is performed automatically using two BeA 90/32-611L staplers. The operator starts the stitching cycle by pressing the START button
– connected elements are transported manually
The operation of the automatic nailing of two rows of staples is controlled by a pneumatic control system. The device does not require electricity.

At the user's request, sets of templates for 5 platform designs were made. Changing products requires quick replacement of templates and adjustment of the nailing program.
