We manufacture JUMBO nailer versions with a holder for mounting on a machine/robot, equipped with:
– solenoid valve to trigger the shot,
– empty magazine sensor (signaling when the nail coil is running out)
– contact safety position sensor (prevents shots without the presence of striking elements)
– central electrical cable connector
– machine holder with quick mounting/change system
BIZON nailers of the 553DC, 653DC, 703DC and 903 DC series are offered with a new design of JUMBO v3 magazines, in this version the nail coils are loaded "from below" i.e. head up, the magazine plate is in the axis of the nailer which gives even balance of the entire assembly. To facilitate loading, the magazine has a tilting mechanism. JUMBO v3 magazines do not require adjustment when changing the length of nails in the tool.
We still offer, upon request, the previous versions of the nailers with JUMBO magazines mounted tangentially to the tool axis in place of the magazines for small coils used manually – photo below.
